Bridal FAQ
Do you need an assistant?
For bridal parties of more than nine people, I may bring an additional stylist depending on the timeline and how much time we have to get everyone ready. If a second stylist is needed, there will be a slight increase in price to help cover their travel and additional services.
At what point do we need to cover travel and hotel?
If the wedding location is more than two hours from where I live, I require a hotel stay the night before. Wedding mornings often start early, so this helps make sure I can arrive rested, on time, and ready for your day.
What do your bridal trials look like?
Bridal trials are booked separately and are priced the same as your day-of bridal hairstyle. The price I quote for your wedding-day style will also be the price of your trial.
I also offer a discount on bridal trials for brides who book another salon service with me, such as a haircut, tone, gloss, or full color service.
What is included in your bridal package?
Your bridal experience includes a hair trial for the bride, and additional trials can also be booked for anyone in the bridal party who would like one.
On the wedding day, I’ll arrive with a customized hair schedule created specifically for your bridal party. The schedule includes the names of everyone receiving hair services along with their individual appointment times, helping the entire morning stay organized, relaxed, and on schedule.
Is there a minimum number of services required to book a wedding?
Yes. I require a minimum of six hair services to reserve a wedding date.
If your bridal party has fewer than six people receiving services, you can absolutely still book. The remaining balance needed to meet the six-service minimum will simply be added to your total. For example, if five people are receiving hair services, the cost of the sixth service would be added to meet the minimum booking requirement.
Is gratuity/tip included in the initial price?
Gratuity is not included in your quoted pricing. Tips are always appreciated, but never required.
If you choose to leave gratuity, keep in mind that your stylist may be providing several individual services throughout the morning. For example, if six hairstyles are completed, you may choose to consider the service provided to each person when deciding on gratuity. Ultimately, the amount is completely up to you and should reflect your experience.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I require a deposit to reserve your wedding date, but deposits are not collected until six months before the wedding. For example, if your wedding is in April, your deposit would be due in October of the previous year.
Your deposit also covers the travel fee, so there is no separate travel charge to worry about on the wedding day. For example, if your quoted travel fee is $100, that $100 would also serve as your deposit.
This keeps everything simple with one upfront fee covering both your deposit and travel.
Do you offer clip-in extensions for bridal styles?
Yes! Clip-in extensions can absolutely be added to a bridal hairstyle for an additional $20 on top of the hair service.
For example, if the bridal style is $125, the total with clip-in extensions would be $145.

Brides are welcome to come in for a free consultation to talk through the best option for their hair and desired style, or they can purchase extensions on their own.
